Terms of Service

Effective date: April 14, 2026 · Last updated: April 17, 2026

Please read these terms carefully. By accessing or using the SecureSkill platform, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who we are

SecureSkill is a product operated by CleverMind AI LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, doing business as SecureSkill (“SecureSkill,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). References to “SecureSkill” throughout these Terms refer to CleverMind AI LLC d/b/a SecureSkill.

2. What the platform is

SecureSkill provides AI-powered pre-install security analysis for autonomous agent skills. The platform uses a multi-layer scanning pipeline — including static analysis, pattern matching, threat intelligence feeds, and AI reasoning — to evaluate submitted skills and generate a permanent, shareable scan report accessible via a unique URL. Each report documents what a skill actually does, what permissions it accesses, what the analysis found, and the resulting verdict.

SecureSkill is a risk-reduction tool, not a replacement for comprehensive security review. It is intended for use by individuals, developers, security professionals, and operators of AI agent systems who have the technical context to interpret scan results.

3. Definitions

Skill
Any agent skill, plugin, tool, workflow, script, package, or executable component submitted to the platform for analysis.
Skill version
A specific, unchanged instance of a skill as submitted for scanning. Any modification to a skill — including changes to code, dependencies, configuration, metadata, or packaging — constitutes a new skill version for purposes of these Terms.
Scan
The automated and AI-assisted security analysis performed by the platform on a submitted skill.
Verdict
The output classification of a scan: SAFE, CAUTION, or BLOCK.
Scan report
The full output document generated by the platform describing the results of a scan.
Badge / Certification
Any SecureSkill-issued designation, badge, or certification label attached to a scan report or displayed by a user.
Submitted content
Any skills, code, data, URLs, or other materials you submit to the platform.
You / User
Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the platform.

4. What scans are — and aren't

4.1 Informational only

All scans, verdicts, scan reports, and badges are informational assessments only. They are not guarantees, warranties, certifications, or representations of security. A SAFE verdict does not mean a skill is free from all vulnerabilities, malicious behavior, or risks — known or unknown.

4.2 No security guarantee

SecureSkill does not warrant that its scans will detect all threats, vulnerabilities, malicious code, supply chain attacks, zero-day exploits, obfuscated payloads, or adversarial behaviors. The platform is one layer of defense, not the whole answer.

4.3 No sole reliance

Do not make installation, deployment, or production decisions based solely on SecureSkill scan results. You are responsible for conducting independent security due diligence appropriate to your risk tolerance and environment. Scan results are one input among many in a responsible security posture.

4.4 Scan currency

Scan results reflect the state of a skill at the time of scanning. Skills may be updated, modified, or compromised after a scan is completed. Previously issued verdicts do not apply to updated skill versions unless a new scan has been performed.

4.5 Scan failures

Scans may fail, time out, or return incomplete results due to technical limitations, infrastructure constraints, or the nature of submitted content. Our sole obligation in the event of a failed or incomplete scan is to permit you to resubmit for a new scan. We are not liable for losses or decisions made in reliance on failed, incomplete, or errored results.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the platform. By using it, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from using the platform under applicable law. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@secureskill.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Acceptable use

6.1 Permitted

You may use the platform for lawful security analysis, research, and due diligence — including scanning agent skills before deployment, verifying third-party skill integrity, and reviewing scan reports for internal security purposes.

6.2 Prohibited

You may not:

  • Submit content you do not have authorization to submit, including third-party proprietary code submitted without the owner's consent.
  • Use the platform to generate false legitimacy for known or suspected malicious skills — including by obfuscating payloads or iteratively resubmitting modified versions to probe detection limits.
  • Use scan results to identify detection gaps for the purpose of constructing evasion attacks.
  • Misrepresent, fabricate, alter, or tamper with any verdict, scan report, or badge.
  • Display a SecureSkill badge or SAFE verdict for any skill version other than the specific version that received that verdict in the applicable scan.
  • Use the platform to scan a skill you intend to deploy in a manner that causes harm, data exfiltration, unauthorized access, or damage to systems or persons.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, circumvent, or exploit any component of the scanning pipeline, AI models, detection rules, or detection logic.
  • Submit automated requests in excess of documented rate limits, or attempt to degrade platform performance.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract scan data or platform content to build a competing product.
  • Impersonate SecureSkill or use SecureSkill branding in any unauthorized manner.
  • Use the platform in violation of any applicable law.

6.3 Enforcement

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate any account, revoke API access, invalidate badges, or remove scan reports associated with violations of these Terms. We may report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Our IP

We own all rights, title, and interest in the platform — including its scanning pipeline, AI models and prompts, detection rulesets, detection logic, scan report formats, badge designs, certification designations, trademarks, and all underlying software and technology. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in SecureSkill IP.

7.2 License to use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your internal security analysis purposes.

7.3 Your submitted content

By submitting content to the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store your submitted content solely for the purpose of performing scans. We do not claim ownership of your submitted content.

We may use aggregated, anonymized scan data to improve the platform's detection capabilities. We will not use individually identifiable submitted content for model training. If you want to opt out of anonymized data use, contact support@secureskill.ai.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to submit all submitted content, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

7.4 Badge use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display SecureSkill badges and certifications solely for the specific skill version that received the applicable verdict. This license is automatically revoked upon: (a) account termination; (b) verdict reversal by SecureSkill; or (c) submission of an updated skill version that has not been separately scanned. Upon revocation, you must remove all associated badges from public display within seven (7) days.

8. Privacy and data

8.1 What we collect

We collect account registration data (email, authentication identifiers), submitted content for scan processing, scan results and verdicts, API usage logs, and standard web server logs. Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference, describes our data practices in full.

8.2 Scan report visibility

Scan reports are accessible to anyone who has the report link. Do not submit content containing passwords, credentials, trade secrets, or other sensitive proprietary data. Treat every submission as potentially discoverable by a third party.

Enterprise plan subscribers may request private scan reports accessible only to authenticated account members. Contact support@secureskill.ai to enable private reporting.

8.3 Retention

We retain scan data and scan reports for up to 12 months from the date of scanning. You may request earlier deletion by contacting support@secureskill.ai, subject to our legal obligations.

8.4 Compliance

We operate in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the CCPA and, where applicable, the GDPR. For data rights requests, contact support@secureskill.ai.

9. API

API access is subject to these Terms and any rate limit or usage policies we publish. You may not use the API to build a product that directly competes with SecureSkill without a separate written agreement. You may not redistribute or sublicense API access to third parties. Rate limits are enforced per API key — repeated violations may result in permanent revocation. We do not guarantee API uptime and may modify or deprecate endpoints with at least 30 days' notice, except where shorter notice is required by security risk, legal obligation, or discontinuation of a third-party dependency.

10. Third-party services

The platform integrates with third-party threat intelligence feeds, vulnerability databases, and other open-source security data sources. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability. The platform supports scanning of skills from third-party platforms including OpenClaw, Claude MCP, Hermes Agent, OpenAI Codex, and Cursor. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party platform or marketplace.

11. Beta features

Features in beta or experimental status are provided without warranty, may change or be discontinued at any time without notice, and should not be relied upon for production security decisions.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, OR TIMELINESS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT SCAN RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SECURESKILL (CLEVERMIND AI LLC) AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, SYSTEM COMPROMISE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

FOR FREE TIER USERS, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). FOR PAID SUBSCRIPTION CUSTOMERS, OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THESE LIMITATIONS ARE A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE BASIS OF THE BARGAIN BETWEEN US.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CleverMind AI LLC d/b/a SecureSkill and its officers, members, employees, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your use of the platform in violation of these Terms; your submitted content; your misuse or unauthorized display of any verdict, scan report, or badge; any harm caused by a skill you deployed based on scan results; or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

15. Modifications to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where practicable, notify registered users by email or via a notice on the platform at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

16. Dispute resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@secureskill.ai and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Maricopa County, Arizona. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding.

YOU AND SECURESKILL EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. ALL DISPUTES MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, and either party may bring small claims actions in the applicable small claims court.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

18. Export controls

You may not use, export, or transfer the platform or any scan data in violation of U.S. export control laws or OFAC sanctions programs. By using the platform, you represent that you are not located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction and are not on any U.S. government denied-party list.

19. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or pandemics. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such events.

20. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting support@secureskill.ai. Upon termination, your license to use the platform ends immediately. Sections 7.1, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, and 21 survive termination.

21. General

Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and SecureSkill regarding the platform.

Severability. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Notices. Legal notices to us must be sent to support@secureskill.ai. Notices to you go to the email on your account.

Responsible disclosure. If you discover a security vulnerability in the platform, report it to security@secureskill.ai. We commit to acknowledging reports within five (5) business days. Individuals who report vulnerabilities in good faith consistent with this policy will not face legal action under these Terms for conduct directly related to that research.
